Hansika Motwani  is a well known South actress. She has worked in many serials as a child artist, which includes serials like Shaka Laka Boom Boom and Sonpari, apart from this she has worked as a child artist in the films Koi Mil Gaya and Aabra Ka Dabra. She has grown up now and she has started working as a lead actress in films, although she has not got much success in Bollywood, so she mostly appears in South films.

She belongs to a Sindhi family and was born in Mumbai. His father Pradeep Motwani was a businessman and his mother Mona Motwani was a doctor.  Hansika Motwani’s mother was a skin specialist doctor and well-known Bollywood actors and actresses used to come to consult her mother. Many Bollywood actors used to live near where she lived in Mumbai. Hansika Motwani’s entire childhood was spent in Mumbai and she did her schooling from Mumbai itself. She has a brother named Prashant Motwani and he works in an ad agency.

When she was 9 years old, Juhi Chawla came to her house to meet her mother and Juhi Chawla’s eyes fell on Hansika Motwani. Juhi Chawla loved Hansika Motwani’s hippie hair and her smile. Juhi Chawla encouraged Hansika Motwani to work in TV serials. At the behest of Juhi Chawla, Hansika Motwani’s mother got her a portfolio prepared and sent to many production houses. After which Hansika Motwani got a chance to work in TV serials like Shaka Laka Boom Boom and Desh Mein Nikla Hoga Chand. Her work in both these serials was well liked and she started getting many offers. Later she worked in TV serials like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Sonpari and Karishma Ka Karishma and during this time she worked as a child artist in Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta’s film Koi Mil Gaya and her character was well liked.  After which she started getting offers from many films. After which she appeared in films like Aabra Ka Dabra, Hum Kaun Hain and Jaago.

It was in 2004 and 2005 when Hansika Motwani worked as a child artist. Two-three years later, in 2007, Hansika Motwani appeared as a lead actress in the Telugu film Desamuduru for the first time opposite to Allu Arjun. this was the debut film of Hansika Motwani as a lead actress. This film proved to be successful and people liked this film a lot. Within 3 years, everyone was surprised to see so much transformation inside Hansika Motwani because 3 years ago Hansika Motwani was working as an child artist and suddenly people saw her as a lead actress in the film.
